Kennedy Advisors - problem solvers in all aspects of leases, owned properties, and Real Estate

About Kennedy Advisors

After 21 years providing comprehensive Real Estate services within global firms to Fortune 500 accounts, Loren Kennedy founded Kennedy Advisors in Raleigh in 2004, and Dave Bodart joined a year later. Their intent is to bring enhanced service to a broader base of clients, especially small and mid-size firms needing more than just "Finders" of space.

As tenant representative operating like management consultants, Kennedy Advisors consults, advocates and problem solves for any size client with real estate challenges, including office, industrial and land transactions. It distinguishes itself by also identifying and securing development incentives available through local, state and national government agencies.
